We have a strict authentication policy carried out by our in-house authenticator as well as our external authenticators. We allow 14 day returns on Designer Luxury, giving you time to have your personal authenticator to inspect and verify the item. Proof of authentication must be provided within the 14 days to be eligible for a return. Conditions of Luxury Designer Returns: "Must provide proof of unauthenticity by your personal authenticator within 14 days of your purchase " Must be in the same condition as posted to you. " Customer must pay the shipping to return Luxury Designer goods but once your return is processed, we will add on the Shipping costs to the money you receive back for you purchase.
For all other items, we are so sorry, but STA is currently not able to accept returns at this time. Only on Designer Luxury, if your item/s is found to be unauthentic by your local authenticator (proof must be provided). We hope to offer returns as our online store grows. A deposit of 30% of the ticket price is required to place an item on layby. Layby must be paid in full within 4 weeks or the layby will be cancelled and your deposit will be lost. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about laybys.
